Osticket – Piping / Fast Help

Hello,

I have installed osTicket on my website. It works fine. Tickets can be opened and replies can be emailed as it should be.

But … I tried many options to make piping possible. Unfortunately I did not succeed to get it working.

I am sure the error is just a wrong path definition or another simple mistake and for an experienced programmer very easy to find and correct – a matter of a few minutes.

I am using cPanel and it is the actual version of osTicket, which I downladed and installed yesterday.

I confirmed with the hosting company, that Piping is allowed and working.

Please only bid, if you know what to do.
