Joomla Module Install Requir 2

Hi,
We need the module from the top of this page – http://osc.template-help.com/joomla_25602/
To be installed on http://www.blackberrytrackballreplacements.com
It needs to be exactly the same as the template shown, just with our pictures, text and links.
Just to clarify we need the module with the rotating pictures and text with the 1 – 2 – 3 – 4.
