Girls Dressup Website Project

I need someone to help me create a dressup game website. I’m looking for something similar to girldressupgames.net and rainbowdressup.com. I prefer someone that has prior experience with dressup games to work on the project. It does not have to include too much, it can be something simple as long as it is attractive, appeals to its demographic, and is easy to navigate and use. if anyone is interested, feel free to leave a message or offer.
