Custom Video Player Needed

I need a custom video player for my site. I need the player to be able to play window media as well as flv with my water mark on all the video when playing video on my site.
I want users to have the ability to make player double, midium or full screen with rewind, play, fast forward etc options.
You will need to integrate it with my site and must be fully tested and functional b4 project is considered complete.
I have a player right now but need better player as well as the watermark embeded in the player
