Adult Theme With Flash Video

I have an adult themed site that will incorporate flash video, and some stills. I would like an entire theme done and would like to have some input with the programmer along the way. site will have regular updates, one or 2 videos a week and 15 to 30 photos, with a gallery thumb, main thumb and thumbs for other photos in the gallery. billing will be done by an outside company and a forum area that is moderated would be nice as well…. time frame is as soon as I can find someone to do it at a reasonable price. I would like it in a cms format like Joomla or worpress.
