Typo3 Magazine Template

I am looking for a designer to put together a magazine theme for Typo3.
The theme should look stylish in red and gray.
I would like to hava a frontpage with one lead article and several smaller side-articles, overviews of today’s news as well as archive pages.
All should have a consistent design.
