Sms On Website

I would like to give facility to my site members that they are able to post there messages with the help of SMS on my website.
Means they will add there cell phone number in my website and from that cell phone they are able to send SMS to website.
Website will verify phone number and as per that will post that message under that user account.
My website is in PHP/MySQL.
No design require. I want code in simple class and functions so that my team can easily add it in my website.
