Seo Expert Needed

I need an SEO Expert to optimize my established site www.coffeebeancafe.co.uk (CBC). I have now made this into a static site, it used to be ecommerce. It has many links to my new ecommerce site www.capitalcaterers.co.uk (CC), and you must be able to optimize the content so that it takes into consideration my new site. The aim of CBC is to transfer traffic onto CC, where people can place orders.
I am looking for complete onsite SEO using ONLY WHITE HAT methods! Please explain what you would do exactly (keyword research, page titles, meta descriptions, alt tags etc.).
