Script/module To Get Info

Hello,
We have a software site and we are currently adding software manually which takes a lots of time, so we need a script/module that will get the info from other popular software site and will be save in a PAD file or automatically added in our DB. Also, we need to a script from which we can add softwares via the PAD files.
Need a professional php/mysql programmer for this job.
