Photoshop Help

I have to do 2 things:
1. Change the wording on an animated image (attached). See it in situ – bottom right on http://www.lighttouchclinic.co.uk/. I need to know how to change an export it. I have tried changing the text but cannot export it. Need clear insructions on changing and exporting so can do in future.
2. I need to produce a background image (purple swirls – as on the same site, as seen in banner ‘New Guildford Clinic Now Open) so that I can use it for other banners of different sizes. If possible need a purple swirl image approx 600px x 300px. Can it be produced from the attached file (lighttouch_base.psd)?
Require help on this ASAP
