Oscommerce Individual Shipping

We are looking for a developer who can fix a little problem on an existing oscommerce website. We are using Multiple Individual Product Shipping Prices (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2918)
The module allows you to set upto 4 individual shipping price per product. We currently use only 3. For instance for product A, i have the following shipping prices set:
