Create Lightbox On First Visit

Hello
I need a way to create a lightbox on first visit to our site desserts2you.com
It should function the same way as http://deals.woot.com/
It doesn’t have to be the same look, we just need the lightbox to popup the first time a person visits the website and have the checkbox to “never show again”
The website is in oscommerce. We already have a lightbox installed (click on my account when you go to desserts2you.com)
