Upgrade Joomla Site To 1.5

I need someone to upgrade my Joomla 1.0 site to Joomla 1.6. It has a Joomlashack template. Joomlashack is not upgrading its template, but I have a copy from another programmer of the template. I want the webstie to function like it currently does. I am most interested in saving the registration database and MyBlog/JomComment database. Most everything else can be re-built if necessary.
I will pay $50 for this project, $100 if completed within 24 hours. Please do not bid if you cannot start work immediately. Thanks…Tom
