Perl Write To Mysql & Activa 2

PROJECT TITLE: Perl to MySQL & Expire/Activate
- I have a perl script that writes beautifully to a data file. (works great).
- I’ve already created the MySQL table and have the info to connect to it.
1. (Needs work on this:)
I want to write the same data to MySQL on my server ALSO from this same Perl file.
2. (Needs work)
Card is set to expire in x days and Must show: “ACTIVATE” for x more days.
3. (Needs work) ACTIVATION.
User fills out the email and ID of the card they wish to activate.
The activation link will be sent to the original email address in the card.
This will allow the card to be active for 1000 days.
