Page Redesign Concept And Mock

We wan’t to change a website. For this we need a new static html/css page. so that we can see first whether we like it before programming it.
You can use the design of the first page and just incorporate the new features.
The whole page has approx six to seven different pages. if you ask we will provide you with the page before you make a quote.
We will provide you hand drawn wire screens and a good brefing.
We think its better if you first make maybe a photoshop before doing any html coding.
An good designers are prefered. If you have experience in theming of joomla/drupal/wordpress tell us.
