Mirror Database Setup

I don’t want the data extracted but want this same thing setup on my website and we will start fresh. Basically if you look on the database option it allows members to search by state, city, or keyword. So my database will need to search by this query. Then when they search it shows the speed traps that were submitted by members, has the google api key next to it showing a map where location is, also has a comment field allowing members to chat about that speed trap. I want this same setup installed on my website. Also you will need to create a form that will allow members to fill out this information so it gets uploaded into the database.
