Magento Template Modification

Good afternoon,
We’re looking for a CSS coder that can transform (modify) an already done Magento Theme: demo.hellothemes.com/hellopress/
And change the colours and the graphics, based in a .psd that we will give. (Little Photoshop knowledge needed too for slicing).
It’s a very simple modification. Thanks!
