We need a website pretty similar to www.vacationrentals.com
The site will NOT be a Vacation-rental site but very similar regarding listing and functionality.
Offerer uploads their information, describing, and pictures to the database and can update their information at any time (Customer number and password). Site needs full-automated Payment system with Credit card gateway (existing) and PayPal, as well as automated emails.
Searchers needs membership and have access to the database searching for different criterions and can contact Users direct.

I want to keep the structure of the linked sites pretty much but for sure pictures and text have to be customized. I provide most of pictures and text.
