Hello
We need an expert to help us with a study project which is as follows
1-We need a FCK web editor installed to edit a content area on a template as per attached file.
2-We need the necessary MySQL table(s) created for the webeditor.
3-It needs also a basic horiz. nav bar with text (HOME, ABOUT US) which must be ‘underlined’ on mouse-over.(CSS file must be updated to show changed version)
HTML+CSS file can be sent.
Server: LAMP
