Producing Banner And Video Ads

Hi,
I need a designer / editor to make a videoteaser (High Quality) with flash or other animation software. Also needed banners in flash for campaigns for Google Ads. The banners must be designed in 15 different sizes :
1. full banner: 468×60
2. leaderboard: 728×90
3. half banner: 234×60
4. wide skycraper:160×600
and more..

You must also have experience with animation.
