Iphone Applications 2

Hi, i need to get in touch with somebody who can create several iphone apps.
Basically i need a general estimate for
1) a news app. Where we have a splash screen, a list of headlines and the actual articles with comments and another button that shows categories.
2) a store locator.. i’ve seen several of these in the app store, so its pretty general. we need these for several types of existing stores.
please give a rough estimate and maybe some examples i can see and lets get working!
