Ad Rotator Script + Cookie

I need a php script for Ad Rotator – Ad Rotating for Ads (including AdSense, Ebay) with support for iframes, javascripts or simple text links.
Requirements:
- show first “Ad code 1″
(and not show the “Ad code 1″ for next 12 hours)
- show second “Ad code 2″
(and not show the “Ad code 2″ for next 6 hours)
- after, random rotation others ads…
