I need an application coded to work with twitter in the following ways.
1. Allow users upon signup to select their city and college they are attending, which will automatically select certain admin/area admin selected feeds.
2. Allow users to setup/select group twitter feeds
3. Create feeds and notification for events/parties/frats/soroities etc
4. Myspace/facebook style member profile pages with comment areas
5. Will discuss more with the selected developer.
