Transfer Data To New Server

We have purchased a new server and need to transfer all of our data from the old to the new.
We also need email setup.
And any A/MX record changes in register.com to get this thing moving ASAP.
We need this done NOW. This is time sensitive. Please do NOT reply if you don’t have SKYPE. I will work with the winning bid through Skype in order to get this done TODAY. Not tomorrow.
Also, any security you can do on the new server would be good. We need a basic security overview on the server to get everything moving.
