Remove Virus & Update Security

My sites have a virus in them, per programmers that have worked on my sites. So I am looking to do one web site at a time, to clean out the virus & update the site with the latest security patches for a site using oscmax.
I want to clean out one site at a time, so the bid is for 1 site, but I have a dozen others that may have the same problems.
I need someone that has experience doing this`& can give me examples to clean out the sites virus & update with security patches for oscmax.
