Redesign Joomla + Virtuemart 2

We have a VirtueMart shop with a rather old template. You will need to redesign it (keep the same layout and feeling) and code it.
The current template is really simple and clean and the new one should be the same.
It should all be ready by monday (installed on our server).
Budget is $400, payment will be sent by paypal, moneybookers, western union or bank transfer when the template is installed on our server.
