Oscommerce Expert

I want an oscommerce expert to do some minor things for me on a project. i have a creloaded website, it works great.
i want to 2 things done:
1. when i input any number in quantity, it only adds 1. for example: if i add quanity 5, it still only add 1.
2. i want to add DISCOVER card option in the payment screen, i m using authorize.net as merchant
