Excel 2007 To Google Docs

I have two Microsoft Excel documents attached (one is .xls and the other .xlsx) that I would like to convert to Google Docs Spreadsheets. The Google upload/converter is not converting the files properly and parts of it will need to be manually converted. I need the files to perform and look identical in Google Docs as it does in Excel 2007.
