WordPress Pro-expert Phase 1

Looking for expert wordpress guru that is familiar with groups/community plugin. Phase 1 is to setup a few plugins including groups, and subscriber form and ensure that members can blog within specific groups, apply theme. I also need tweak to a wp email (sender name, url name). Send url in PM of sites using groups. Phase II would be to modify theme as changes come in from client. Must be available to work weekend to finish phase I draft within 5 hours or less. Totall estimated time for phase 1, 7-10hrs of work which includes time for revisions/edits. Phase II will require dedicated hours to complete by client deadline. Flash/actionscript experience for phase II a plus.
