Social Networking Site Works

Hello
I own a site: www.pubdwellers.com. I need to make some changes in my site so as to make it work much better. I myself have a good team of programmers. But they are not enough compatible to work on this kind of works.
Its Actually a PHPFOX script. So if someone who have 100% command on PHP FoX only please come ahead.
Now the works required are:
1. Directory installations in the existing site.
For this if you have a copy of a directory which can be integrated into the phpfox site, you can use it.
2. Video Section to be checked. Please Login into the site with a signp and check the problem. The Video Streaming is working fine. But Video Upload have errors.
3. Some design changes like, Main Page to be changed.
It will be like, if someone will type: www.pubdwellers.com they will go to a page with warning and then once they will agree that then only they will go to the current page.
Also I will love to hear some of your advices on this.

I myself is programmer but have problem due to the use of phpfox script. Either I would had done it myself.
