Parsing Script Fix Needed 2

I have got an Adbie php script.
It is parsing SE results from bing but it stopeed working
recently. I think Bing has changed something in their API.
Amazon parsing is not working also since Amazon requires all requests to be signed.

I am getting no response from the vendor of search engine script, regarding a fix.
I need someone to fix the code to extract search results from
BING and AMAZON
I have attached the parser file and will provide the script.
