Osirix Plugin Cocoa Mac

I am looking for an programmer familiar with OsiriX (DICOM viewing software for Mac) to help create a plug-in. The plug-in will allow veterinary orthopaedic surgeons to use templates to match the radiographs (X-rays) of canine joints and bones with the appropriate orthopaedic implants prior to surgery. Because there is a degree of magnification when viewing radiographs, the plug-in should be able to calibrate itself (automatically or manually) using known size markers in the X-rays. If anyone has experience with OsiriX or Objective C, Cocoa, etc and is interested in helping out, please feel free to contact me.
