New Simple Website

We need a 10 page website, informational only for the moment that looks professional, corporate, modern and can fit our industry needs of very high end users looking for information about our company and make the decision to buy from us.
We need one banner/image per page and the rest of it text with colors on each title and all buttons to change color on rollover.
Website samples will be provided, but new NO TEMPLATE usage is a must, site must be created from zero.
No flash programing needed, just a quick load, professional website that invites to stay and learn about our company.
