Need Ffmpeg Expert

Need FFMPEG expert to look at or reinstall my current settings to ensure it accepts most video formats. Currently, FFMPEG works but there is a loss of video quality. It is currently installed from source on a lamp server. MUST BE MULTIMEDIA EXPERT with minium of 5 years experience who can also provide demonstrations / reccomendations, and install alternative sources. Website is php based video hosting portal. Please respond with the word “codec” so that I will know that your are a real peson.
