Need A Website

I have a yahoo merchant account ready to go, and a domain name that i did through yahoo. all i need is from someone to copy a website that i like, and change the colors of it and get it done by dec 1st. i have 200 dollars to do this.
the website i would like copied is www.blissdesignsinc.com this is one of my competitors and we have the same type of items. instead of the pink theme she has, i use, black, grey, white and khaki. i don’t have a logo but all my shelves and layouts are wrought iron swirls, very girlie. so i’d like to have that type of look. let me know what else you need.
