Magento – Fix Google Checkout

Currently I am running Magento v 1.3.2.2 I also employ Google Checkout as an option to my customers. In my backend I have three shipping methods defined, Regular USPS Ground Shipping ($3.95), USPS Priority ($7.95), and a third option that shows up if the order total is over $49 – FREE USPS Ground Shipping ($0). This setup works fine if customers use my shopping cart, however if they use Google Checkout only the two options appear Ground ($3.95) and Priority ($7.95). If the order amount is over $49, Google Checkout does not display the free shipping option. I want this issue resolved, and I want it to show the free shipping option as long as the order is above $49. Must have experience with Magento and if you have solved this problem before for someone else that is a plus!
