Html Template W/ Tableless Css

We are looking for a web designer to create a tableless CSS layout from an HTML table layout. This also has Flash and we want all of the Flash converted to plain HTML and CSS as well.
Will send the template. The CSS has to look good on all versions of all web browsers (Firefox, IE, Safari).
