Foreclosure Header & Ecover

Hello,
You are bidding on a website header & matching eCover for a free report. Dimensions should be 950×100 and it is in the Home Foreclosure niche for the US market.
Design needs to be modern and edgy/glossy/web 2.0 ‘ish’. Header should feature people buying a home and avoiding foreclosure.
