Flash Cs3 Php Email Form As2

Simple Flash project:
I have designed a form in FLASH CS3 using the built-in components and I need to include the AS2 code and a PHP form handler to process it.
Features:
- error message for missing required fields
- go to next frame when for is successfully completed
- email auto-response to user
- email form input to me
