F4v Player And Payment Sytem

So what i want is to have a f4v player that plays smooth like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqxENMKaeCU fast forward rewind without a long time buffering i now it depends on customers cpu and online speed but i have new 4gb of ram computer and 10meg internet connection so i will test it on my computer should play without any problems.
i also need it to play for 2 min then ask to be a member. already have payment system on site just need to now that its completely functioning with site. you will get payed when project is complete. if you do not agree don’t waste my time.
