Add Twitter Page & Update Site

I have a community website/blog in an area called Dumbo (Brooklyn). dumbonyc.com. The CMS used is WordPress. I’m looking for two items:
(1) extend the site to add a Twitter page similar to Mint.com’s (http://www.mint.com/blog/twitter/). The Dumbo twitter handle is DumboNYC.
Adding a twitter feed is easy, but I’m looking for design integration into the blog. I don’t need all the tabs like Mint; just looking for two tabs: ‘tweets from DumboNYC’, ‘tweets about DumboNYC’.
(2) Fix Archives page to display by Year, Month (number of posts), just like the “browse by month” drop down selection in the right nav but on the archives page.
