Well Designed Escort Website
Please read this entire Project!!! I would like a detailed proposal of what platforms will be used (if open source or paid) or if custom development.

Brief: I need a site made similar to http://www.eros.com/
It will be a directory/listing of Strip Clubs, Escort Profiles and Massage Parlor.
Design:
- graphics and layout should be similar to www.eros.com but with graphics having a sleek look like www.jbayme.com
- On first visit user should see a flash intro similar to http://www.jbayme.com/ – followed by disclaimer and enter “YES” or “NO”
- Animated blue flames along entire top banner background
Development Summary:
- Signup should have 3 member types each with different sign-up questions
- Each member type can did edit there listing which will allow a short video upload, and photo uploads.
- Website payments using paypal. Paypal subscriptions should work seamlessly with this project.
