Upgrade Cs Cart Installation

Hi,

I need someone to upgrade my CS Cart from version 2.05 to the latest version 2.09. Everything must be backed up first, and a copy of CS Cart installed in a subdirectory of my website. Some files have a few modifications, so programmer must copy that code to the new files. You must be familiar with CS Cart.
