Quick Html/css Fix

I will give great feedback and pay your fee for the project if you can tell me what I need to add to my stylesheet to fix this error.
I have a page here http://www.attitrade.com/start/index.php and it works great. I’m calling the php page in wordpress and it works, except the “background” image that’s supposed to be on the top and bottom of each table. Look at this page http://www.attitrade.com/juice/ and you’ll see the missing image.
I’ve attached a page with an example of the code below. Thanks!
