Macro To Java Game

I want someone who can build a macro/cheat for me that works for this java based game called Runescape Classic. I want it to attack NPC(creatures). The game also has something called Fatigue to prevent people from macroing, it makes your character tired and you have to sleep. When you have slept and want to wake up you have to write a word that appears on the screen. I want the program to be able to handle everything smooth.
