Import Content To Joomla Db

This task is very simple but difficult to explain.

I have a mysql dump with almost 1400 articles splited at 7 categories that is taken from an old phpnuke database database and i want to import them to joomla article table according to categories. I have already create the same 7 categories to joomla and i need to tweek the dump on order to import it to joomla. The fields are name, title, and main text. Also i want o page break tag to every new article that will placed 100 characters before last character.

The testing will be done to a fresh isntall of joomla 1.5 and after succedd i will import it to the working website
