Flash Template Tuning

Dear Sirs,
We have Flash Gallery Website ( details in attached file ).
We need to make adjustments to our Company contents,
so the website needs some tuning as follows :
1. To switch the gallery thumbnails and Menu placements
Mirror view )
2. To make thumbnails and menu items width bigger
3. Of course to replace the content – Logo, Images, texts, etc …
The final content will be in Hebrew, but Hebrew text insert is not
necessary for this project, we can make it by ourself.
The website already includes XML galleries management and requires
proper installation on the server.
We are looking for an experienced Flash Programmer.
Fast work is the must.
The payment on completion and approval ( no Escrow ).
