Extract Data & Install On Si 2

Looking for someone to extract data from a database and install on my website. I don’t have access to the database so will need for someone to use a program to extract the data. Then you will need to install on my vbulletin forum website, I only want registered users to be able to submit speed trap information.
Data I want extracted is from speedtrap.org/speed-traps/find/
