Edit Template Minisite

Hi I got a real simple design job should be done within 30 minutes .
The following psd file ( template ) I want you to edit using the idea of the source graphic file ( these images in this file are sliced and not in psd ) I like you to redo the psd file template creating similar look that is in the sourcegraphic with the difference creating a complete header.psd file and not sliced up images.
