Customize Front Of Tba Script

We will need someone who can help do some customization work of telebid auction script (http://www.telebidauctionscript.com/).We will purchase script from telebidauction and will need your help to do the following:
1) customize the storefront based on our requirement. Very easy, just change and modify the way it looks. Nothing will be changed or modified regarding the functionalities. So, just some design and modification of coding work of the storefront.
2) this script is coded to be easily connected with paypal. However, we will need your help to modify this so that this platform can be connected to our own payment gateway account(http://www.authorize.net/).
